Resources for spelling and vocabulary practice
Activity packs that provide spelling, phonics and vocabulary practice for your children or students.
For students
Students can learn, practice and consolidate their learning at their own pace, or at the pace designated by their teachers, using a wide variety of leveled activities.
QR codes allow students to learn or verify how to read and pronounce the words, by accessing an online text-to-speech * tool that reads and spells the words for them when needed.
*The text-to-speech tool requires an updated web browser and Internet access.
For teachers
All the activities can be used in the classroom, with small groups or the whole class, and also at home. Word lists and sentences can be customized under request.
Each learning resource contains extra support materials, specifically designed to help teachers prepare their classroom tools: cards that can be laminated and used on word walls, reward badges, and certificates to motivate students towards success, or word lists to send home for students to read and practice.
For families
Families get support when their students practice at home by accessing the online version of the learning resources and the Text-to-speech tool that reads the words and sentences for them.
Families and students can also use an activity log, included in each activity pack, to monitor their own progress at home or school.
